As a telecommunication sector contractor, IIC Group provides a full range of services through its different companies. Our services include Site Acquisition; Soil testing; BTS Site Build out; Equipment installation; Testing and commissioning of telecommunications products with a state-of-the-art fully digital network and OSP works (Optical fiber-turnkey services).
Site Acquisition:
Our Ten Site Acquisition teams have vast experience of acquiring sites. We have acquired almost 1000 BTS sites for various GSM and W.L.L. operators in Pakistan.
Site Build out Division:
The Group has vast experience of BTS site construction and has practiced this experience with leading GSM and W.L.L. operators in Pakistan.
To date we have anticipated in construction, maintenance and commissioning of over 1500 BTS sites all over Pakistan.
Our civil works division has 25 teams/ sub contractors each capable of completing 3 sites per month giving us a capacity to build out around 18 sites per month.

Fabrication Facility:
The Group owns an in-house Engineering Company for tower fabrication. It can produce up to fifty towers / Monopoles per month. The Fabrication Unit is spread over an area of two acres and is located at Raiwind Road Lahore, Pakistan.
Radio Network Division:
Our radio network division involves PSTN, GSM (900 & 1800), AMPS and E-TACS. We allow network to improve system performance and end- user satisfaction. We are providing the following:
- RBS/BTS system test, Commissioning, system migration and upgrading
- RBS/BTS data transcript production and modification
- RBS/BTS site survey and documentation
- RBS/BTS Installation Quality Audit
- Network Maintenance
Future Strategies:
In order to get a global footprint, IIC Group plans to form partnerships/alliance with global players. These alliances will add value and enhance our technical abilities and enable us to become a one stop shop for cellular operator to handle projects on turnkey basis.
